We devided Smedent dental bur export department into two teams ,each team has his team name and slogan .set their own sales target during 45 days . The rest people can put some money to support the team which he think to get win.  And the final winner win the prize. Loser have to lose money and get some penalty physically . From this PK , each team try their best , both team members achieved their target.
